  • When submitting client paperwork, please include:

  • Client details: address, phone number, and date of birth

  • Agency information: case manager name and contact details

  • Service details: start and end dates of service and number of meals approved per week

  • Additional info: any important billing or delivery notes

What information do I need to refer a client?

Please include the client’s name, address, phone number, and date of birth, along with your agency and case manager contact information. We also need the start and end dates of service, number of meals per delivery, and any special instructions for delivery.

When will my client receive their first delivery?

Referrals received by Wednesday at NOON are processed for the following week’s delivery. Referrals submitted after that time will begin the week after next.

How often are meals delivered?

Clients receive 14 fully cooked, frozen meals every 14 days. This schedule helps reduce packaging waste and ensures clients always have nutritious meals on hand.

Can I request weekly deliveries instead?

We deliver every two weeks to ensure convenience and reduce handling for clients. All meals arrive frozen and can be safely stored for up to 30 days, allowing flexibility with mealtime schedules.

Why does my client need to wait a week to restart meals?

Resuming a client is treated like a new referral so that we can confirm eligibility, schedule routes, and ensure the meals are prepared and delivered on time.

What’s the cutoff for canceling or pausing deliveries?

To cancel or make changes to an upcoming delivery, please contact our team by Wednesday at NOON. Requests received after that time will apply to the next scheduled delivery.
